Installation method of container floor nail:

  1. Level the surrounding and partition foundations, preferably with reinforced concrete, which is relatively strong; then the column, with a transverse beam to connect the skeleton, the upper partition board, the external wall board and the door and window frames; follow the floor.

  2. It refers to the large-scale container with certain strength, stiffness and specifications for turnover use.

  (1) Make the ground flat, clean and dry, and apply twice waterproof paint;

  (2) The wooden frame is laid directly according to the ground bullet line (commonly known as wooden shelf). The cross-sectional dimension of the timber frame is 3Omm'40mm or 4Omm'50mm. The connection mode is half groove fastening, and glue and nail are applied at the fastening place. Then drill holes in wooden frame and ground with impact drill, fix them with bolts, and check whether the frame keeps level.

  (3) Nail the base panel on the wooden frame. The base panel can be made of thick wooden splint or thick wooden slab, and the edge of the splint and the end of the slab can be pinned to the middle line of the wooden frame.

  The common sizes of container floor nails are: M8X45; M8X50; M8X65. The largest size is M8X50. (Unit: MM)

  The purpose of floor nails is to fix the floor, with 1500 to 2000 nails per bag. The number of containers used in a container is about 160; there are 8 floor nails on each bottom beam, 4 on each floor, and 16 on the broad bottom beam.
